This release is about AI transparency in line with the EU AI Act: AI-generated content and AI interactions are now clearly marked throughout MILES.

Student Tutor requests: A hint now explains that the request goes to the AI tutor first for immediate help, and that the tutor takes over for difficult questions or whenever you ask
Author Uploaded files can now be marked as AI generated, including images and audio right in the editor. The mark belongs to the file and appears everywhere users meet it.
Admin New privilege “Edit File Metadata”, required for marking files as AI generated. All default roles except Student already have it, custom roles need it assigned in Role Management.
AI users carry an “(AI)” after their name
The AI dialog exercise is headed as a conversation with an AI
Translations state that they were created by an AI
Various under-the-hood optimizations and bug fixes

Manager Student Completed learning phases are now marked as completed more quickly and reliably
Manager Author Assessment results are now saved as a snapshot the moment a participant finishes. Later changes to the content no longer affect already-completed results, so content can evolve freely without altering past results.
Tutor Activity Report: New filter for content units
Manager Assessment report: Fixed the total amount of exercises being wrong
Manager Fixed an issue where searching in the group library affected which contents were shown as assigned in the assignment dialog
Author Edit links now appear on more contents again: external contents previously didn’t show them. Depending on the tenant settings, authors also get an edit link to the content’s original tenant.

Tutor ✨ New Tutor Request Center: We updated the design of the Tutor Request page. The new layout provides makes it easier to manage and respond to tutor requests. There is also an new filter to show only requests that have not yet been answered.
